SUMMARY:From the Planetenweg to Himmelswiese
LOCATION:Bus station 56A Ursulinenkloster
DESCRIPTION:Our February hike starts through vineyards and leads along the 
 Planetenweg to the Wotrubakirche and the open-air planetarium. We continue
  to Pappelteich and after a short descent and ascent to the Himmelswiese v
 iewpoint with beautiful views over Vienna. We then descend back to the bus
  stop through vineyards. During the hike we have the opportunity to connec
 t with nature. We walk in silence. During rest breaks there is opportunity
  for exchange. During the hike we practice various mindfulness practices f
 rom the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh: listening to
  the bell\, second body\, mindful eating\, mindful sharing\, Dharma text\,
  dwelling in nature and – if appropriate – communal singing.\n\nDetail
