Bisamberg
Sunday, September 20, 2026 β’ 10:05 β’ Bus stop Hagenbrunn Stammersdorfer StraΓe (Bus 501)
This time our mindful hike takes us across vineyards, meadows and forests on the Bisamberg. Besides nature, we can also enjoy beautiful views of Vienna and the Danube.
During the mindful hike we have the opportunity to walk together in silence and connect with the nourishing elements of nature. During rest breaks there is time for exchange. Throughout the hike we practise various mindfulness practices from the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh: listening to the bell, second body, mindful eating, mindful sharing, Dharma text, dwelling in nature and β when it feels right β communal singing. More details on the concept can be found here.
No previous experience is necessary β only openness. The walking pace adapts to the group, and we wait for each other.
